Welcome to Treefe Technology Pvt. Ltd. (“Treefe,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our products and services, including but not limited to:

• i.AI - A social media and creator-first platform,
• Aindra.AI - A social media and creator-first platform,
• Qutie.AI - AI-driven skincare and wellness tool
• and other present and future offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Highlights of the 2025 Design Expo include:

1. Eligibility
   • You must be at least 13 years old (or higher minimum age as per applicable law in your jurisdiction) to use our Services.
   • If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Account Registration
   • You may need to create an account to access certain features.

   • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
   • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
3. User Conduct
   You agree not to :
   • Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
   • Post, share, or distribute harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
   • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
   • Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Services.
   • Reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit our Services without prior authorization.
   Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

   1. User-Generated Content
      • You retain ownership of the content you create and post on our Services.
      • By posting, you grant Treefe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, distribute, display, and adapt such content for the purposes of operating, marketing, and improving the Services.
   2. Company Content
      • All intellectual property rights in our Services (logos, trademarks, software, design, features) are owned by Treefe or its licensors.
      • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
   • Certain Services may require payment (e.g., premium features, enterprise plans).
   • You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize us to charge applicable fees.
   • All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or stated otherwise.

   • Treefe disclaims all liability for damages arising from use of third-party links, integrations, or services.
9. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law:
   • Treefe and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data.
   • Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the past 6 months for the Service.
10. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Treefe, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
    • Your use of the Services,
    • Your content,
    • Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
    • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru/Mumbai/Delhi.
12. Updates to Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
