At Treefe, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for purchases made on the Treefe platform.

1. General Refund Policy

   All sales on Treefe are final. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances where a refund is warranted. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

2. Subscription Services

   Treefe offers various subscription plans for enhanced features. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, please contact us within 7 days of the initial purchase to request a refund. Refunds for subscription renewals will only be granted if the request is made within 48 hours of the renewal date.

3. In-App Purchases

   In-app purchases such as virtual goods, premium content, or other one-time purchases are non-refundable. Exceptions may apply if the purchased item is found to be defective or not as described.

4. Refund Process
   To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@treefe.com with the following information:
   • Your account username or email address.
   • The transaction ID or receipt of the purchase.
   • A detailed description of the issue and reason for the refund request.
5. Response Time

   We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Changes to Refund Policy

   We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by updating the Effective Date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of Treefe after the changes become effective means you agree to the revised Refund Policy.
