At Treefe, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for purchases made on the Treefe platform.
All sales on Treefe are final. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances where a refund is warranted. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Treefe offers various subscription plans for enhanced features. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, please contact us within 7 days of the initial purchase to request a refund. Refunds for subscription renewals will only be granted if the request is made within 48 hours of the renewal date.
In-app purchases such as virtual goods, premium content, or other one-time purchases are non-refundable. Exceptions may apply if the purchased item is found to be defective or not as described.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
